
Dinner Menu
Our plated dinner is a two course meal and it consists of a salad as the starter course and an entrée of your choice. Entrees are served with house dinner bread rolls or tortillas of your choice.
Starter
Ensalada de la Casa
A mixture of leafy greens and arugula with heirloom cherry tomatoes, thin sliced red onions, and cucumber half moons with a choice of cilantro lime or roasted red pepper vinaigrette.
Entrée
Carne con Chile
8 oz slow braised short rib over corn mousse and roasted heirloom carrots and topped with a chile colorado demi sauce.
Pollo Rostisado
Seared airline chicken breast over sweet potato puree and charred broccoli and drizzled with cilantro and citrus chimichurri.
Hongo y Calabacitas
Calabacitas and queso fresco stuffed portabella mushrooms over quinoa and mole almendrado.
